Leveraging his knowledge of real estate and customer behavior, he is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Financial and Management from Northern East Mindanao State University, which gives him an amazing set of skills that set him apart in the industry.

Before joining the Thai Klam Team, JP worked as a transaction coordinator and virtual assistant for a real estate team in New Jersey. In this role, he offers a diverse range of services tailored to your specific needs. From scheduling appointments to managing emails and creating presentations, no task is too big or too small. With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, he ensures that every project is completed with precision and professionalism.

JP is a traveler at heart, even outside of her career. To stay ahead of the curve in his field, he enjoys upgrading his skills in his own time. In addition, he treasures the time he spends with her family and friends, going on outdoor pursuits like surfing, hiking, and running.
