Rangsey Ros is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in international development, public relations, and investment promotion. He holds a Bachelor's degree from The American University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia and a Master's in Development and International Studies from Norton University in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Rangsey has received training in Attracting and Managing Foreign Investment from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia.

With over 5 years of experience, Rangsey has served as an Official with the Department of Public Relations and Promotion of Private Investment at the Council for the Development of Cambodia, Executive Chairman of the Vohar Strategic Sight Center, and currently serves as Public Relations Manager for Continent Asset Management. He possesses expertise in public relations, international partnerships and collaborations, project management, public sector management, governance, leadership, investment promotion, policies, and research.
