Akhtar has been called many things, but never thought a “Cougar” would be one of them. A graduate of the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business, Akhtar is originally from Chicago, Illinois having relocated in 2006. While he was not born in Texas, he got here as fast as he could.

Prior to joining the Thai Klam Team, Akhtar amassed 13 years of experience in sales and marketing predominantly in software solutions and services. Over the course of his career he has prided himself on his level of customer service and ability to build strong, long lasting relationships.

When not enjoying time with his family and friends, Akhtar is on an never ending adventure and can often be found taking in the various sights, delicacies, and escapes the amazing city of Houston has to offer.
